This policy is applicable to existing customers with a confirmed Refractives or Loupes Order (that is, paid with order either received or in manufacturing) who refer a new customer for Refractives or Loupes. Once the new customer who was referred has paid and their order is in the manufacturing stages, the existing BD Customer will receive a gift card.
